The problem arises when you get tired of eating grapefruit and cottage cheese and burn very few calories in your diet. When you return to your fast food diet of doughnuts, burgers, and pizza, you gain even more weight and are unable to lose weight in a healthy manner. You actually begin to regain all of your lost weight. This sets off a downward spiral of dieting and gaining that you don’t want to be in.

You must first reject the notion of being on a diet. Diets, by definition, are transient events that cannot be sustained. You must implement dietary changes that you can tolerate in order to lose weight in a healthy manner. You can’t just keep eating junk food, but you also can’t starve yourself.
You must strike a balance between following a strict diet and eating whatever you want. It must be well-balanced. Now, how to burn fat after eating junk food? Actually, if you eat unhealthy and you are able to strike a balance with low-calorie junk food, you do not even need any special fat-burning regimen! #2: Eat Fresh Fruits And Vegetables
Consume only fresh vegetables and fruits. Try lean meats, fish, and fresh poultry products. Remove processed, packaged, or highly starchy foods from your diet. More protein will help you build muscles while exercising and increase your metabolism. Don’t be concerned about the amount of fat in your diet. If you eliminate most processed foods, you will also eliminate fat from your diet.
#3: Supercharge Your Lifestyle
Adopt a lifestyle that includes a lot of exercise to build muscle and boost your metabolism. Lifting weights aids this process, but it must be combined with an effective cardiovascular programme. Experiment with body-weight exercises such as deep knee bends, jumping jacks, and push-ups. Doing these in quick succession will get your heart rate up and your cardio in as well. Sprinting and walking alternately will also be beneficial. Begin with easy exercises and progress to more difficult exercises.
