1. You are not your mind
According to some scientists, our bodies’ cells are constantly being replaced by new ones. In any case, most people intuitively believe that they are not their bodies. When someone dies, it is said that he has passed away. So, what remains? The body is still present. Are you out of mind? You have the ability to observe your own mind. You are aware of what you are thinking about right now. Maybe you’re reading this article right now, but your mind is elsewhere. Isn’t this a common occurrence? Because you can see how your mind works, you are not your mind. But most of the time, we don’t notice it. It is exactly the opposite; our minds are constantly playing different films in front of us, and it is difficult to stop them.
2. There is no past no future
Have you ever attempted to exert control over your mind? Concentrate on something for five minutes. Assume you have a yellow triangle in your mind. Do not consider anything else. Just focus on the yellow triangle. Can you pull it off? Consider how many times you have considered something other than the yellow triangle. Controlling a mind is extremely difficult. Usually, our minds have complete control over us. What do you think about the most every day? If you’re like most people, you’re preoccupied with the past or the future. Our memories of the past can be happy or sad, but the past is the past. It’s no longer there. The future is unknown, but we are shaping it right now.
3. Your thoughts define your reality.
Whatever we are thinking about right now will become a reality in the future. So, if we consider our problems, such as a lack of money and difficult circumstances, our future will look like this. It will happen if we think about how to make ends meet. We’ll just have to make do. What if you started living right now? What if you stopped worrying about the past and started thinking about the future? You may believe that your life is now happy. You may believe that you and your family now have everything you desire. Give it a shot. Try to imagine your ideal life in detail. Don’t consider the future. Consider that it is now and be thankful for it. You will feel happy and excited if your visualization is good. You will feel good, but the most important thing is that you have only begun to make it happen in the future. Of course, you must train your mind to do it on a daily basis.
If you must practice the science of manifestation, practice it consistently. You need to be committed and consistent in your desire. That is why so many people do not live the lives they desire. They have no control over their lives. They go through life on autopilot. However, you do have the option of changing it. You can be happy, healthy, and prosperous. All you have to do is put forth some effort.
