Here are some easy tips for making the perfect weight-loss smoothie:

My Favorite Smoothie
Ingredients:
3 frozen bananas
1 cup of kale (or alternatively, spinach)
1 cup of fresh strawberries (or alternatively, blueberries).
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (or alternatively, cottage cheese)
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup for sweetness, or more if desired.
Blend all the ingredients together. Serve chilled.
