Whenever I feel overwhelmed with stress I make it a point to make sure that I get out and either lift weights or do some form of calisthenics to take that edge off, but I noticed that when I would add proper nutrition into my routine I significantly reduced my stress because of my mind and body conditioning.

One of the effective ways to make sure you are getting proper nutrition is to cut your sugars, white breads, candy, and drink plenty of water everyday, preferably 64 ounces per day.

Adding plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet can help you feel fuller and have less sugar cravings while aiding in weight loss and helping the glow of the skin.

Something else that is very important in reducing stress naturally is making sure that you are taking high quality vitamins such as complex B vitamins, Vitamin D3 and antioxidants. Exercise improves metabolism, tones the muscles, burns fat and definitely improves the way you feel but you must combine it with proper nutrition rich in vitamins and antioxidants otherwise you are not getting the full effect of your exercise regimen. In other words, balancing exercise with proper diet is the key to good health and longevity.

Physiologists have shown exercise is good at all ages to prevent entropy and increase longevity. Exercise can reverse the previous effects of energy. They say, “A 70 year old jogger is likely to have an immune system superior to that of a sedentary 45 year old”.

Corporates have recognized the importance of diet and exercise in the workplace, by maintaining in-house gyms or corporate gym memberships for their employees. So, it’s not surprising to learn that several of the “Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For” maintain in-house gyms. A refreshed body and brain can get more creative of improving the productivity, that equates into success for your company.

A quick recap then..get at least 30 minutes of exercise 3-4 days per week consisting of light cardio and some weights and or calisthenics, cut out sugars and things that contain high fructose, take lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water.

So folks..ready to take the challenge? Just use these tips in your routine and you will see a significant change in how you look, feel, and your new outlook on life will make you wish you did this years ago!
